Description

The green is the yellow-green type, with a forward voltage of 2.0 to 2.2 V, so it lights properly on two AA cells; bright pure green needs about 3 V and barely lights on two cells.

Every LED needs a series resistor: 220 ohm on a 5 V board pin, 100 to 150 ohm on two AA cells.
